Welgelegen Guesthouse teams up with Bike and Saddle
New to us, and a lot of fun, is the Bike and Saddle Company to which we recently affiliated ourselves. This is the alternative to spinning!! It is an eco tour company that has been going for a while but now taken off..eco because you are on bicycles naturally!! We had a great ride kicking off from the Cape Grace, swiftly heading to the Bo-Kaap via the Mouille Point lighthouse, the Stadium, the Waterkant, Company Gardens, Keerom Magistrates Buildings and back to champers and canapes at Bascule with the sunset reflecting off [...]

Welgelegen is in the midst of an exciting new project…we have created a scentsational scent for our toiletries and I think it’s going to be a hit!! I have met a great American lady who has put together a “signature” smell mixing essential oils like an alchemist and she is busy now designing the packaging and presentation as we are positive there will be demand for it from our guests and hopefuly, from outsiders via the treatment room.
